F-1 students must receive prior authorization from the MUSC Center for Global Health prior to an extended period of absence from MUSC. Please do not begin a leave of absence or withdraw from MUSC classes without first completing the below application and speaking with a Designated School Official in the Center for Global Health about the consequences of this action and how it will impact your F-1 status.
